What we collect
- Details you enter about your renovation, such as the spaces, sizes, finishes and scope.
- Your name and email address, so we can deliver your plan and respond to you.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, but we do not see or store your full card details.
How we use it
- To generate your renovation plan and email it to you.
- To keep a record of your order and provide support if you contact us.
- To improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
To run the service we use a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf:
- Stripe handles payments.
- A content processing provider that helps generate your plan from the project details you enter.
- Resend delivers your plan and emails to you.
Some of these providers may store or process information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. By using Renova you consent to that overseas processing. We only share what is needed to deliver your plan.
Storage and security
We keep your information only as long as needed to deliver your plan and meet our business and record-keeping obligations, and we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Access and correction
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@renovaplan.au and we will help.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one published here.
