Terms & Refunds
These terms apply when you buy or use a renovation plan from Renova. By purchasing, you agree to them. Renova is operated by Renova Industries Pty Ltd (ACN 698 191 178), Perth, Western Australia. You can reach us at hello@renovaplan.au.
What you are buying
Renova produces a renovation plan based on the information you provide about your space. Depending on the tier you choose, the plan may include an indicative budget range, a scope and sequence of works, materials guidance, risk flags and, for the Pro tier, a personal review by an experienced construction professional.
A Renova plan is indicative planning guidance. It is an estimate to help you think and prepare. It is not a quote, a fixed price, a contract, or construction documentation, and it is not engineering, surveying, financial or legal advice. Renova does not carry out building work and is not a registered building practitioner.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information about your space. The plan is only as good as what you tell us.
- Treat all figures as a starting point and obtain your own written quotes from licensed trades before committing money.
- Confirm permits, approvals and compliance with your local authority and appropriately licensed and registered professionals.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and charged at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
Delivery
Basic and Detailed plans are generated and emailed to you shortly after payment. Pro plans are personally reviewed and typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days. If delivery will take longer (for example during holiday periods), we will let you know.
Refunds
Renova plans are digital products delivered to you, so we are generally unable to offer change-of-mind refunds once a plan has been generated and sent.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our plans come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a plan is not delivered, is significantly different from what was described, or is not of acceptable quality, please contact us at hello@renovaplan.au and we will work with you to put it right, including a re-run, correction or refund where appropriate. We genuinely want you happy, so if something is not right, tell us.
Use of your plan
Your plan is provided for your own personal use in planning your renovation. Please do not resell or redistribute it as a commercial product.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Renova is not liable for any loss or cost arising from decisions you make in reliance on a plan, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that plan. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect is the one published here at the time of your purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
